Returns Policy

baristatechniques.com is managed by Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd. Any payments made via this website will be processed through the Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd payment facilities.

Our returns policy

All returns of goods purchased directly from this website must be received by us within 30 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original condition: that is, unused.
If the book is shrink wrapped it must be returned with the shrink wrapping intact. (Books may be shrink wrapped for protection and ease of handling.)
A copy of your proof of purchase from this website must be included with the returned goods.
A 'return authorisation number' must be quoted on all returns, this number will be given to you when you notify us of your intention to return a product.
You are responsible for all postage and handling costs.
The book price will be refunded to your credit card account or a company cheque will be posted to you within 14 days from receipt of returned goods.

In the event of an error by us

You can return the book purchased from this website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will pay the return shipping cost if the reason for the return has been deemed to be an error by us.
A copy of your proof of purchase from us must be included with the returned goods.
A 'return authorisation number' must be quoted on all returns, this number will be given to you when you notify us of your intention to return a product.

Damaged goods

We will replace any book that has been damaged in transit.
You must return the book and all the packaging to us.
We will reimburse you for any return postage costs for books damaged in transit.
If the original packing is not returned along with the book, then at its discretion we may offer a partial refund.
A copy of your proof of purchase from us must be must be included with the returned goods.
A 'return authorisation number' must be quoted on all returns, this number will be given to you when you notify us of your intention to return a product.

Partial refund

We will at our discretion offer a partial refund on a book if:

it is returned more than 30 days after delivery
the shrink wrapping has been opened or removed
the book has shown signs of use
it is not returned with all its original packaging including the post bag
there is no proof of purchase from us.

Other

It is your responsibility to notify us by email, phone or mail of your intention to return a book or product, clearly stating reason/s for return.
It is your responsibility to obtain a 'return authorisation number' from us prior to returning any product. This number must be clearly stated on the parcel and accompanying paperwork.
All returns will be processed within 14 days after receipt.
Any of our products purchased through a third party, must be returned to that party. We are not responsible for any credit or refund associated with any products purchased through any third party.
